Pet Faves offers valued customers free Standard Shipping on all orders over $25. Please note that we only ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Items are normally shipped within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on holidays.

Pet Faves Refund Policy

Pet Faves offers a 30-day, money back guarantee. 

Our refund policy only covers products purchased directly from our online store  at www.PetFavesUSA.com. Any products bought from third party sellers or marketplaces are not covered by our refund policy.

If you are unhappy and would like a refund, here’s exactly what to do:

Contact the Pet Faves team by sending an email to info@petfavesusa.com. We will gladly provide you with our return address and a confirmation number. This is an easy and effortless process. Return the product, your original invoice sent from PetFaves, and the confirmation number you have been assigned. It is your obligation to pay the return postage. We will refund your entire order as long as the items purchased are in original packaging. Returning products without complying with our policy will unfortunately deem your transaction non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

After complying with the steps above, please allow adequate time for shipping, quality control, and communication with credit card companies and banks as you patiently await your refund.
